The Red, White and Blue of it...

Hi friends Happy July - I love July for many reasons… July 4th, my birthday and just feeling like we’re in full Summer Mode!

This week I want to wish you all a very Happy Independence Day and I hope you’ll celebrate the history of our great land with family and friends watching the sky light up. I have fond memories of walking to the High School to see the fireworks over the years: with Daddy, friends and of course with my husband and our son. This will be our 3rd year of being able to view them from the Chalet and I gotta say - I’m loving it!

I love the color combination of Red, White and Blue. My love of red goes back to childhood. My mom Rita used red in her decor choices for our Den and the Powder Room.

I took that red and it naturally morphed into a love of it with any shade of blue. When pressed I will admit Navy is my favorite hue. You can see it here in the design of my website and what I tend to wear most often.
