Best Crabmeat Dip!

I was inspired by my friend Jessica Gordon Ryan of The Entertaining House to share my mother’s hot Crabmeat Dip recipe. Every Christmas Eve Rita filled our home with a ton of yummy hors d'oeuvres and desserts. Back then our celebration was a post dinner affair starting at 7:30pm. Since Daddy’s birthday was December 23rd we always had birthday cake in addition to cookies and other treats but, the star of the show was always this dip!

I know it’s done when its got a bit of dark on the top and it’s bubbling!
