A Fine Design / 10 - 1 - 25

Planning a room layout and sourcing pieces for a client is one of the most enjoyable aspects of my job. This week I’m sharing a Teenage Boy Design. I concentrated on Blues, Greys and Driftwood tonality of wood and brought in Brass accents. I had to use this cool side table with a built in charging station. Design is all about understanding the use of a space and bringing it to Life!

I sourced elements as a design professional others as a consumer through - All Modern, Amazon, Crate & Barrel, Ikea, Pottery Barn Kids, Raymour & Flanigan, Target, Visual Comfort, Wayfair and West Elm.

Be well and I’ll see you over on Instagram.

Pithy Pinks!

Friends something I see more and more of these day are pink walls. When I painted our upstairs hall Pink Prism by Behr Paint in 2018 I was ahead of many embracing this color. I’d already painted our primary bedroom Vienna Lace in 2013. I’m loving all the different tones I see. I hope these images inspire you to bring pink into your home too.

Pink covers oh so many hues. I know on Farrow and Ball Setting Plaster doesn’t look pink but, is incredibly popular and Benjamin Moore Boudoir is a great dupe for it!
