A Fine Design / 2-5-25

Planning a room layout and sourcing pieces for a client is one of the most enjoyable aspects of my job. This week I’m sharing a Livingroom Design. Design is all about understanding the use of a space and bringing it to Life!

I sourced most of the pieces as a design professional through Kravet and it’s family of brands GP & J Baker, Brunschwig & Fils and Lee Jofa.

Design Scheming

I love designing schemes for clients spaces. Recently I had a ton of fun working on a pillow plan for a client to incorporate into a family room. The pillows will be for a grey sectional couch. The client is looking for punches of pattern to elevate the room.

The jumping off is this new fabric by Clarence House - Yuri Print Linen.

I especially love the Daintree blue chenille fabric with the OD Aquarium - the Haute Moire in pale gold is simply fab! I added a solid from JAB and this linen from Jean Monro.

The final plan.

Final Scheme

Another client already chose pillow fabrics for a den and I was specifically looking for trims. I love the Tussaud and the Perle Tassel with these fabrics.

I added the Tussaud trim to the fabric the client had previously chosen

The Perle Tassel Antique Trim is a perfect match

You can see I have an affinity for Clarence House my friends. They have so many gorgeous options. I was at the Design Showcase in Upper Montclair last week and I saw delightful new offerings.

An excellent way to bring a polished look to any space is with designer fabrics. I have access to multiple fabric companies and I have workrooms to assist with making your space all it can be.
